Ramallah, 19 Rajab 1438/16 April 2017 (MINA) – Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah called Sunday on all Palestinians and national movements to increase support and solidarity with Palestinian prisoners who are planning a hunger strike starting tomorrow.

The prisoners are going through a battle and all must show solidarity to force an international and a popular movement to stand with them, KUNA reported, citing Hamdallah in a televised speech.
The premier noted that they are moving in all directions to support the prisoners’ case and struggle, including efforts to secure their release.
Hamdallah added that the Palestinian authority and of Fatah movement leaders support the prisoners.
The planned hunger strike, scheduled to start tomorrow, is considered one of the biggest Palestinian prisoners’ hunger strike since the past years, and will include hundreds of Palestinian from all factions of the society.
