Gaza, MINA – Hundreds of protesters in Gaza took to the streets on Monday to protest the new UNRWA’s measures and deduction of services due to the financial crisis.

In a massive sit-in staged by Refugees Joint Committee in Gaza Strip, the participants asked Arab and donor countries to persist in offering aid to Palestinian refugees, PIC reported.

The protesters expressed their rejection of any UNRWA decisions that aim at reducing its services.

They stressed the importance to protect education, health and the other services offered for Palestinian refugees.(R/R04/RS5)
