50,000 Muslims Perform Friday Prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque

Jerusalem, MINA – About 50,000 Muslims performed Friday prayers in the premises of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, Al-Quds (East Jerusalem on Friday.
The Department of Islamic Endowments in Jerusalem said they came to Al-Aqsa despite the strict measures imposed by the Israeli occupation authorities at the gates and entrances of the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, which prevented hundreds of our people from reaching it.

The occupation forces prevented hundreds of citizens from the West Bank from entering Jerusalem to perform Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, Quds Press reported.

The occupation forces arrested a child and a young man this morning, and tightened their military measures in Jerusalem, especially at Bab Hutta and Bab Al-Asbat Road, and checked the identities of worshipers arriving at Al-Aqsa. (T/RE1)
