ISRAELI FORCES DETAIN PALESTINIAN, SEARCH HOMES IN NABLUS

Nablus, 9 Rabi’ul Awwal 1435/31 December 2014 (MINA)– Israeli forces on Tuesday raided homes and arrested a man in Nablus, Palestinian security sources told Ma’an.

The sources said Israeli military vehicles entered Nablus and that soldiers searched several houses.

Israeli forces then detained Muhammad Imad Fahd, 23. A summons for interrogation was issued to another Nablus resident, Ghazi Eiran, Ma’an News Agency quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporting.

Meanwhile, in Askar al-Jadid refugee camp, Israeli soldiers searched the homes of Munther Hassan Abu Leil, Hassan Zaki al-Ashqar, and Marwan Judeh.

Clashes broke out in the area just outside Nablus as Palestinians threw stones and Israeli soldiers fired tear gas canisters, stun grenades, and rubber-coated bullets.
