DR.MOHAMMAD HASSAN: MUSLIMS MUST UNITE TO LIBERATE AL-AQSA
Selangor, 18 Rajab 1435/17 May 2014 (MINA) – Muslims should unite in the struggle to liberate Al-Aqsa Mosque and support the independence of the Palestine from the Zionists occupation that is supported by the West.
“Muslims have a strong foundation that is the Islamic faith to unite in the struggle to liberate Al-Aqsa mosque and against the imperialist hegemony,” said Secretary General of International Council of Mazhab Proximity, Dr.Muhammad Hassan Thibroiyyan in front of the participants of the International Conference on Liberation of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Baitul Maqdis, in Selangor, Malaysia, on Saturday.
In his keynote speech, Fadhilah Muhammad Hassan calls for Muslim Ummah unity to liberate Al-Aqsa.
International Conference on Liberation and the Al-Aqsa Mosque Baitul Maqdis which lasted from 16 till May 18 in Selangor, Malaysia gives focus towards the unification of Muslims in the world to liberate Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Palestinian struggle to reach independence.
Why do Muslims need to unite in maintaining and restoring the rights of Muslims who are being oppressed and victimized? Why do Muslims need to unite in freeing Baitul Maqdis and Palestine?
When we examine what Allah says in Al-Qur’an and Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH, so obviously that this is our obligation as Muslims to unite together to defend and fight for the rights of oppressed Muslims wherever they are especially in Al-Aqsa, Palestine which is a third holy place to and the first qibla of Muslims .
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. “The believers, men and women, are Auliyâ’ (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another; they enjoin (on the people) Al-Ma‘rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm orders one to do), and forbid (people) from Al-Munkar (i.e. polytheism and disbelief of all kinds, and all that Islâm has forbidden); they perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give the Zakât, and obey Allâh and His Messenger. Allâh will have His Mercy on them. Surely Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.” (Al-Qur’an, Surah At-Tawbah, Verse:71).
Answering a question from Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) in a press conference afterward, Dr.Muhammad Hassan Thibroiyyan stressed the need for Muslim Ummah leaders to strtegize the roadmap for the liberation of Al-Aqsa and the Ummah against hegemony of the imperialist.
“The Issue of Al-Qsa occupied by the Zionist Jews as the heart of the problem indicates that uniting the Ummah is a prerequisite to liberate A-Quds, the holy Al-Aqsa mosque and Palestine land,” said Secretary General of International Council of Mazhab Proxility.
The conference is organized by the World Muslim Clerics of Malaysia, Secretariat of the Association of Asian Overseas Scholars (SHURA) , the Malaysian Ulama Association (PUM) and Discussion Majlis and Malaysia Islamic Organization (MAPIM).
The speakers at this conference are from Malaysia and other Islamic Country which includes Indonesia, Palestine, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Iran, Pakistan and other countries.
The main objectives of this conference includes:
-To gather scholars and experts from various backgrounds in designing an action plan in liberating Baitul Maqdis and upholding the rights Palestinians and oppressed Muslims.
-To design an action plan to unite the Muslim ummah from conflicts and disunited due to the western threat and hidden agenda.
-To empower the efforts to close ranks among the Muslims from various schools of thought in upholding the Islamic law.
-To identify the best methods in developing the Muslims ummah from various perspectives that includes politics, economics, media, technology and others.
-To strive hard to uphold the rights of the Muslims using a systematic and efficient plan based on Islamic law with the cooperation of Muslims from all walks of life (non-governmental organizations, politicians, experts and Muslim scholars. (T/E01/IR)
