Gaza, 18 Safar 1438/18 November 2016 (MINA) – Palestinian academics and specialists recommended establishing an Arab-Islamic fund to provide the support needed to strengthen the Jerusalemites’ presence in their holy city and confront Israel’s Judaization activities.
This came during a conference held on Thursday in Gaza on the dangers facing Jerusalem in light of local, regional and international changes, the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reported.
The conferees explored mechanisms to confront Israel’s Judaization policies and measures in Jerusalem, especially in the Palestinian educational sector.
They touched on the Palestinian Authority’s security collaboration with the Israeli occupation state and urged it to renounce it and take action to support al-Quds intifada and the Palestinian resistance in the occupied territories.
They also stressed the importance of strengthening the role of the Palestinians in the 1948 occupied territories in protecting the Aqsa Mosque through supporting them to frequent the Mosque and Jerusalem.(T/P008/R07)
