Ramallah, MINA – Two Israeli soldiers were killed and two others injured when a car ran over them near a Jewish settlement north of the West Bank on Friday, KUNA reported, quoting the Israeli army.
A Palestinian ran over the Israeli soldiers with his car killing two and injuring two others near Mevo Dotan settlement, the army added in a statement.
The Palestinian, whose name was not disclosed, was arrested and sent to questioning.
The statement said the Israeli soldiers were protecting road workers near West Bank city of Jenin. (T/RS5/RS1)
