MUALLAF CENTER: BALI PROVINCIAL POLICE CHIEF CONVERTS TO ISLAM

Jakarta, 18 Muharram 1436/10 November 2014 (MINA) – Indonesia Muallaf Center announced on Saturday that Albertus Julius Benny Mokalu, a police chief of Bali, has converted to Islam.

Benny Mokula born in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara on July 22, 1959. He is a prominent police with various achievements. He was appointed as Bali Police chief on 16 September 2013 replaced Arif Wachyunadi.

“Bismillah, Alhamdulillah,

Our brother, on Friday 14 Muharram 1436 H Inspector General Police Albertus Julius Benny Mokalu , SH (Bali Police Chief) has declared Syahadah.

We wish all he always istiqomah. Let us pray together:

Robbana atina fiddunya hasanah wa wa fil akhiroti Hassanah qina adza bannar

Meaning: O Lord grant me good in the world and the hereafter, and I take away from the Fire.

Robbana latuzig qullubana ba’daidz haddaitana wahabblana miladunka, rohmatan innaka Antal Wahab (Ali Imran; 8)

Meaning: O my Lord! Don’t turn mu hearts away after You have guided us, and grant us mercy, verily You are the One that a lot of administration.

Alloohumma innii a ‘uudzu bika min syarri maa’ amiltu wa maa lam min syarri a’mal

Meaning: O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from the dangers of the work that has been done by me and from the danger of the work not done by me.

Alloohummakhtim lanaa islaami bil-bil-iimaani wakhtim lanaa wakhtim lanaa bi husnil khootimati.
