Ramallah, 29 Dzulqa’dah 1435/24 September 2014 (MINA) – Israeli occupation forces arrested Tuesday at dawn seven Palestinians after raiding and searching several houses in the occupied West Bank cities of Ramallah, Jenin and Bethlehem.

Local sources said that Israeli soldiers arrested four young citizens from the village of Tekoa and Aida camp, east and north Bethlehem, ALRAY, Palestinian Media Agency quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporting.

The soldiers raided neighborhoods in Jenin, carried out large sweep operations, searched and ravaged houses and arrested two citizens, includes a minor.

The arrested citizens were taken to an unknown area.

In Beitunia, near Ramallah, Israeli forces also arrested an Islamic block activist at Birzeit University after raiding his house.

Two other students from the Islamic bloc were arrested after Israeli forces raided a house in the town.

The Israeli forces have launched an arrest campaign against the activists of the Islamic block, the student wing of Hamas movement, at Birzeit University since the end of the aggression against Gaza this summer. (T/P003/P3)
