Hendra/Ahsan Secure the 2019 All England Final

Birmingham, MINA – Indonesia’s men’s double pair Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan managed to secure a final for the 2019 All England Badminton Championship.

This sixth seed of the BWF World Tour Super 1000 Championship was impressive when it defeated the third seed from Japan, Takeshi Kamura/Keigo Sonoda with skor 21-19, 21-16 on field 1, National Indoor Arena, Birmingham, England, Saturday night.

This 2014 All England champion enlarged their record advantage over Takeshi/Keigo to 3-1. This result also brings Hendra / Ahsan’s close away to the championship track again.

In the final match, Hendra/Ahsan will meet the Malaysian doubles, Aaron Chia/Soh Wooi Yik. These Malaysian advanced to final after beating other Indonesian doubles, Fajar Alfian/ Muhammad Rian Ardianto.
