Riyadh, Safar 13, 1440, October 22, 2018, SPA — The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has called for the performance of Istisqa (rain-seeking) prayers all over the kingdom on Thursday, the Royal Court said in a statement issued Monday.

The statement said the performance of Istisqa prayers is good pursuant to the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

The king called on all to pray to Allah Almighty for repentance, forgiveness, and rain.
