AWG And MER-C Hold Free Medical Treatment Activity in Cileungsi

Cileungsi, 25 Rajab 1438/22 April 2017 (MINA) –  The Aqsa Working Group (AWG), a humanitarian agency focused on the liberation of Al Aqsa, in cooperation with the Emergency Medical Emergency Rescue Committee (MER-C) organized a free medical treatment activity at Cileungsi, Bogor, West Java on Saturday (22/4).

“The activity is part of a series of Rajab Festival programs held  from 22 to 23 April  by the AWG at Cileungsi-based Al Fatah Islamic Boarding School,  Secretary General of AWG Nur Ikhwan Abadi told MINA.

According to him, people can choose two types of treatment, namely medical treatment and free mass brewing or bekam massal.

“Our medical treatment is limited to 150 patients with three doctors and 7 medical students from MER-C, and those who would like to receive mass bruise treatment are required to apply for a coupon which will be handled by eight experts,” said Abadi, who is also chairman of the event.

He said in the beginning the festival only provides less booths from various activities.

“For this year, we try to open 20 booths and it turns out it gets a lot of enthusiasts, and God willing, next year we will do better. We provide door prizes for participants at the end of festival ,” he explained.

The festival consisted of various activities,. There would be a Tabligh Akbar or mass gathering to hear religious messages  featuring renowned speakers, the Expo  displaying photos of Al-Quds and Palestine, photos being carried out by the Jama’ah Muslimin (Hizbullah) in the defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque and handicrafts and works from Palestine.
