Palestinians Kidnapped by IOF in West Bank Sweep

West Bank, 11 Dzulhijjah 1437/13 September 2016 (MINA) – Several Palestinians were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) following assaults on occupied West Bank provinces.

The IOF stormed Beit Fajjar town, in Bethlehem, and sealed off access roads before they chased down Palestinian civilians, The Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reported.

Several Palestinians were detained by the IOF in Jenin’s western town of Zabouba overnight after they stormed a cybercafé. The IOF also raked through residential neighborhoods and cordoned off civilian homes.

Meanwhile, the occupation troops stormed Housan town, in Bethlehem, at the crack of dawn, sparking clashes with Palestinian youths.

A few hours earlier, on Sunday evening, the IOF kidnapped the Palestinian youth Rafat Nael Shafiq, 28, at the Container checkpoint, to the east of Bethlehem and dragged him to an unidentified location.  (T/P008/R07)
