PROTEST IN EGYPT ELECTION TO CONTINUE
Cairo, 29 Rajab 1435/28 Mei, 2014 (MINA) – Protests against election conducted activists supporting ousted Egyptian President, Mohammed Mursi continued in some polling stations, Egypt.
They shouted slogans anti-goverments slogans in several locations such as Cairo, Syarqiyah, Qalyubiyah, Alexandria, Giza, Suez, the Nile Delta, and a few other places. This is the location where the main point Mursi supporters. Their regulary protest in July 2013 coup that ousted Egypt first democratic president.
MINA correspondent in Cairo citing local reports said, the protesters shouted for a boycott of the elections in their protest, saying the presidential candidate who announced the overthrow the Mursi, Abdul Fattah al-Sisi is the mastermind behind all the trouble in Egypt.
One was seen in Al-Hamdiya in Giza, which one of the largest base of supporters Mursi. Local media reported that the location of polling stations were deserted, following their boycott.
The national media reported the Egyptian Al-Wathan, riots occurred in Syarqiya, where a group of extremists who do not know where it comes from attacking the train is there. There has been no report of casualties and the responsibility for this attack.
Atmosphere in some polling locations without strict police escorted, as Mursi supporters protest against the coup routine in those locations.
One of them like in the city of Suez, a military helicopter hovering in the air escort city water main lines, the Suez Canal, an army source told the daily Al-Ahram.
At 10 am, the media also reported that security forces detain ten Mursi supporters protesting at a polling station in Alexandria because disturbing the security of the ballot.
Other outside Cairo, tight security at the polling place in several governorates. Many police and soldiers stationed in the Nile Delta Gharbiya, Sharqiya and Fayoum, all north of the capital, and placed roadblocks along the way to the polls that closing the road.(T/Nidiya/P03)
