MINA AWARDED FOR REPORTING INDONESIAN HOSPITAL IN GAZA

Jakarta, 30 Rabi’ul Awwal 1437/10 January 2016 (MINA) – Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) has awarded as one of the best Media Partner for reporting consistently the development Indonesia Hospital (RSI)  in Gaza, Palestine, since the first start of its building.

The Award received by Editor in Chief Ismet Rauf in  its handover ceremony in Jakarta, Saturday.

The simbolic ceremony was attended by Vice President Jusuf Kalla, Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi, Palestinian Health Minister Jawad Awwad, as well as other officials and thousands indonesian people.

Beside MINA, the other media recipients are Republika newspaper, Gontor Magazine, Radio Silaturahim (Rasil), and Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI).

Since its grand launching on December 12, 2012, MINA consistently reports activities in the building of RSI, including the activities of fundraising in the homeland till the operation of the hospital began at the end of December 2015.

MINA is the only one Islamic News Agency in Indonesia that broadcasts news in three languages, with the primary mission to help the strugle of the Palestinian people and liberate the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
