Israel Claims Two Rockets Launched from Gaza

Gaza, MINA – Israeli soldiers claim, two rockets were launched from Gaza Strip on Friday night, July 12 and landed in the coastal settlement of Ashkelon.

The military stated, “The launch of rockets from Gaza Strip into an open city,” the Press Quds reported.

Local media reported that Israeli residents heard an explosion in the coastal area of ​​Ashkelon, south of occupied territory.

“The explosion appeared to be a rocket that fell without sirens,” Israeli military statement said.

Meanwhile, in Gaza Strip, there were no Palestinians who claimed responsibility for the shooting.

This development coincided with the arrival of Egyptian security delegation to Gaza for purpose of holding talks with Palestinian faction leaders on the issue of ceasefire with Israel.
