Indonesian Muslim Youth, AWG Hold Al-Aqsa Longmarch
Bandar Lampung, MINA – Hundreds of Youth of Jama’ah Muslimin (Hizbulllah) and Aqsa Working Group (AWG) of the Lampung Bureau held longmarch “Al-Aqsa Haqqunnaa Action” in Bandar Lampung on Wednesday.
The action began from Taqwa Mosque, Tanjung Karang towards Adipura Monument.
The Head of Syubban (Youth) Jama’ah Muslimin (Hizbulllah) Lampung, Waliyulloh told MINA that the action was held in connection with Israeli army attack on Palestinian people on the celebration of Eid Al-Adha prayer last Sunday.
“This is a form of our concern, and we will continue to be echoed until the first qibla of Muslims is liberated and returned to Muslims,” he said.
Waliyulloh appealed to all national and international NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) to bring together concrete steps to liberate the mosque which was the land of Prophets.
“Many programs of each NGOs are partial. The good thing is we have a clear roadmap, not just providing temporary assistance, “he said.
The action was attended by students, youth, and parents from various districts throughout Lampung. They wore headband bearing takbir, a black flag bearing Allahu Akbar, and banners in support of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
One of the banners read “Free Palestine, Only with the Unity of Al-Aqsa Freed, Al-Aqsa Haqquna”.
The action was filled with speeches from youth representatives from various districts throughout Lampung.
One of the orators who is also Chairman of AWG Lampung, Rustam Effendy stressed unity as the main key to the liberation of Al-Aqsa Mosque. (TL/Sj/P2)
