Turkey distributes food in the Balkans.
Sarajevo, 12 Ramadan 1438/7 June 2017 (MINA) – Turkey’s Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH) distributed food packages in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s capital Sarajevo on Tuesday.

Osman Atalay, a member of the agency’s executive board, told Anadolu Agency that 300 food packages were distributed to families of martyrs and that another 300 food packages will be distributed to war veterans.
Atalay also said that during the holy month of Ramadan IHH will distribute a total of 2,900 food packages in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
IHH distributed the food packages in cooperation with Istanbul Culture and Education Center based in Sarajevo to the families of martyrs.
Feyza Tanok Sehbajraktarevic, head of the Istanbul Culture and Education Center, pointed out the importance of support to martyrs and veterans.

“Life is difficult for them in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I hope this small support will help them,” she said.
In a written statement by the IHH Office in Konya, the organization said that it sent a truck full of humanitarian aid to Montenegro.
Mehmet Tanrikulu, press manager at Konya Office, said in the statement that the aid will provide support to 1,250 families.
“In the month of Ramadan we have accelerated our humanitarian work in 105 countries including Turkey. In this context, we have provided Ramadan aid to Muslims in Montenegro and we have sent a truck of humanitarian aid to needy people,” Tanrikulu said.
