New York, MINA – The formation of Israel by seizing Palestinian land and expelling 90 percent of its citizens is the root cause of terrorism, said Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dr. Mahathir Mohamad at the 74th UN General Assembly General Debate in Saturday, September 28.
Mahathir said Israel could violate all international laws and norms of the world and it will continue to be supported and maintained, there is no justice in this world. Palestinian Post 24 reports, quoted MINA.
“Since the formation of Israel, the war seemed to occur in all countries. The world has real terrorism, which had never existed in this era before, “he said.
Mahathir also emphasized that after many terrorist movements emerged, the action against them was difficult because there was a large force that refused to solve the root of problem.

“Military action against terrorism will not succeed. We need to identify the cause and remove it. But the great power refused to deal with the root cause, “he said.
Mahathir added Malaysia accepted the state of Israel as a “fait accompli” but Malaysia could not accept blatant confiscation of Palestinian land by Israeli Zionists for their settlement and also the occupation of Jerusalem by Zionist Israel.
Palestinians cannot even enter settlements built on their land. He even made animosity towards Muslims and Islam. Muslims are accused of terrorism even if they do nothing.
