AL QAEDA: THE US-LED FORCES ARE HUNTING AND BEING HAUNTED

The US-led western regimes forces are hunting the so-called Al Qaeda terrorists and are being haunted by these US creations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia and Yemen. Al Qaeda was created by CIA and Mossad through the top secret Israeli-US program to establish “Al Qaeda.” Anyways, trillions of US dollars have been spent on these “By Way of Deception” and “False Flag” triggered wars against Muslims.
Right from onset, this war had some deep hidden motives to encircle and destroy the Muslim world. After 9/11, George Bush in his State of the Union Address declared that its a crusade. As a hind sight, seeing the repercussions of this statement not only at home but all over the world, he back tracked his words but not his actions that got more hyper. This war is based on greed and lust to dominate, make every force to be submissive that has the potential to stand up to the Zionists.
Terrorism was created to justify the actions of war. The phony jargons to defeat the enemy is a ploy to create more hatred and more stiff reactions that can be termed as an act of terrorism. Muslims are no extremists or fanatics when seen in context of the Jewish fanatics. Why are the Jews ignored and Muslims targeted must be seen in proper context. Though every Jew is not a Zionist but every Zionist is a Jew therefore it has a natural affiliation for its kin. Islam is the only potent force that is seen as stumbling block in the way of Zionists expansion. This makes it necessary for the Zionists to eliminate this threat once for all.
If one studies the pattern of attacking the so called terrorists, the killing is not precise but spread far and beyond. Repeatedly, social gatherings, funerals, children schools and even the Jirgas have been attacked killing innocent people. When confronted, the ISAF and NATO commanders have brushed it aside as collateral killings, a new vocabulary coined in this so-called war. Collaterals are desired by the US as that helps the Zionist agenda of escalating the war into other areas. These killings fan more hatred, reaction and resistance serving multiple interests of the Zionist Corporate World.
Al-Qaeda is a total and complete fabrication
In the BBC’s killer documentary called “The Power of Nightmares“, top ranking CIA officials openly admit, Al-Qaeda is a total and complete fabrication, never having existed at any time. The Bush administration needed a reason that complied with the Laws so they could go after “the bad guy of their choice” namely laws that had been set in place to protect us from mobs and “criminal organizations” such as the Mafia. They paid Jamal al Fadl, hundreds of thousands of dollars to back the U.S. Government’s story of Al-Qaeda, a “group” or criminal organization they could “legally” go after.

The Power of Nightmares is a BBC series of documentary films, written and produced by Adam Curtis, which makes controversial claims about the neo-conservatives and the radical Islamists. It was broadcast on BBC Two in three hour-long parts on consecutive Wednesday evenings in the autumn of 2004. The series was rebroadcast in late January 2005 on three consecutive nights, with the the final part updated to reflect the Law Lords ruling from the previous December that detaining foreign terrorist suspects without trial is illegal.
The largest international terrorist organization
The CIA has been a terrorist organization from its beginnings, when it included a large number of former Nazis — former members of the Gestapo and the Nazi military intelligence (such as Reinhard Gehlen). Unlike smaller terrorist organizations such as ETA the CIA does not normally engage in terrorism by sending its employees to plant bombs, etc. Rather, it tends to act through intermediaries and agents, sometimes making use of U.S. military personnel. That the CIA is a terrorist organization is clear from its record of terrorist activities (sometimes called “counterinsurgency” or “low intensity conflict”)
The concept of “terrorism” is not clear and there is no generally agreed upon definition of the term. It is, however, a tactic, a means to a particular end. A tactic can always be used, and is always a possible course of action for some group or other. Once this is understood it is clear that it is ridiculous to declare a “War on Terrorism” – one cannot defeat a tactic. To declare a war on terrorism is to declare perpetual war (which, in fact, is the intention). “Terrorism” is here taken to mean the practice of the deliberate inflicting (either directly or indirectly) of harm, injury, death and/or destruction upon a civilian target sufficient to cause horror, revulsion or despair among civilian populations and/or their political leaders, with the goal of causing those populations or political leaders to act in a way desired by the terrorists.
Terrorist action differs from military action in two respects:
- In military action the target is military (or provides direct support to the military), not civilian; in military action the military forces of some organization, usually (but not necessarily) a state, target the military forces (and supporting infrastructure) of an opposing organization, usually a state.
- In military action the aim is to destroy a particular military capability of the opposing side rather than to effect some political goal (though, of course, military action is usually conducted in support of some larger political strategy).
The distinction between terrorist and military action may not always be clear, for several reasons.
The distinction between a military target and a civilian target may not be clear. (A police station may be a military target or a civilian target depending on what activities its occupants are engaged in.) The goal of a particular militant action may be partly military and partly political, and although these aims may usually be distinguished when the instigator is a state, using its military forces, they may become blurred when the instigator is a non-state entity such as a resistance group.
The judgement as to what is terrorist activity and what is military activity may depend on who is making the judgement. This is usually the case when there is violent opposition by the inhabitants of some territory to the unwanted control or occupation of that territory by some external entity, usually a state (as in the West Bank, the Basque region, Kashmir, etc.). Militant groups among the population of the occupied territory may carry out attacks against both military and civilian targets of the occupying power, attempting to persuade the occupying power to cease its occupation and withdraw control. From the point of view of the occupying power such groups are composed of “terrorists”, but from the point of view of the inhabitants of the occupied territory they are “freedom fighters” — militant groups engaged in armed conflict with an occupying enemy state (Israel, Spain, India, etc.).
“One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter.”
Thus arises the saying, “One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter.” Actually, as Noam Chomsky has pointed out, the distinction is quite simple: If they do it, it’s terrorism; if we do it then it’s counter-terrorism (and so OK). This is the excuse that Israel gives for its terrorism directed against the Palestinian people. When Palestinians detonate explosives strapped to their bodies in the streets of Tel Aviv filled with Israeli shoppers it is terrorism. When Israelis fire missiles from helicopter gunships into streets in Gaza filled with frightened Palestinians it is counter-terrorism.
So if acts of reprisal against violence directed at civilians is “counter-terrorism” then acts of reprisal against those acts of reprisal is “counter-counter-terrorism”. And if counter-terrorism is OK (a reply to acts of violence) then surely so is counter-counter-terrorism. The same excuse that the Israelis give for their terrorism could also be used to excuse the Palestinians.
That CIA was created just after the end of World War II (from an OSS riddled with Nazis) by an act of Congress (and Congress can eliminate it in the same way). Its official purpose is to function primarily as an intelligence-gathering organization (at least, that’s what we are supposed to believe) but in fact it has always been something different from that. The CIA is not now nor has it ever been a central intelligence agency. It is the covert action arm of the President’s foreign policy advisers. In that capacity it overthrows or supports foreign governments while reporting “intelligence” justifying those activities. It shapes its intelligence, even in such critical areas as Soviet nuclear weapons capability, to support presidential policy. Disinformation is a large part of its covert action responsibility, and the American people are the primary target of its lies. — Ralph McGehee, Deadly Deceits.

CIA involvement in 9/11 attacks on the WTC and the Pentagon
That the CIA is a terrorist organization is clear from its record of terrorist activities (sometimes called “counterinsurgency” or “low intensity conflict”). Here are just a few examples:
During the Vietnam war the CIA conducted Operation Phoenix, an assassination program. The goal was not only to eliminate those Vietnamese who might oppose the U.S. (which in practice meant most of the population of Vietnam) but also to terrorize the entire population of South Vietnam and to suppress opposition to the occupying U.S. forces. Over 20,000 Vietnamese were murdered, often at random.
The CIA also recruited a mercenary army in Vietnam (financed by profits from the CIA’s heroin smuggling), particularly from among the Hmong villagers, which was used to terrorize the civilian population and to prevent them from assisting the Viet Cong.
The CIA organized and financed (with the profits from its cocaine smuggling) the activities of the Contras in Nicaragua, who murdered tens of thousands of civilians, and tried to disrupt the economy, in an attempt to destabilize the legitimate Sandinista government. (For this the U.S. was condemned in the World Court for engaging in international terrorism, and it rejected a U.N. security council resolution calling upon it to observe international law.)
The CIA planned and organized the military coup d’etat in 1973 in Chile which overthrew the legitimately elected government of Salvador Allende (because he would not implement economic policies designed in Washington to favor American corporations doing business in Chile) and brought to power the regime of General Augusto Pinochet; this regime abducted, tortured and killed thousands of Chilean citizens in an attempt to suppress opposition.
The CIA organized and supported the Turkish government’s persecution of its Kurdish minority during the 1990s, resulting in tens of thousands of deaths and millions of refuges; the aim being the suppression of Kurdish culture and the elimination of Kurdish demands for a separate state. The September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon are widely regarded as terrorist acts. There is evidence of CIA involvement. Further examples could very easily be given (and may be found documented in the many books, magazine articles and web pages about the CIA). The “Database” of CIA front organizations
Press clips gathered by the CIA and discovered in the National Archives’ stored CIA files point to an agency keenly interested in any leaks about the highly-classified CIA-Mossad program to establish Osama Bin Laden and the most radical elements of the Afghan Mujahidin as the primary leaders of the anti-Soviet rebels in the 1980s.
WMR [Wayne Madsen Report] has pored through the CIA files and a complicated picture emerges of America’s and Israel’s top intelligence agencies, in cahoots with Saudi Arabia, establishing financial links and carve out intelligence programs to provide manpower and financial support to Bin Laden and his allies in Afghanistan.
It was these very elements that later created the so-called “Al Qaeda,” which the late British Foreign Secretary Robin Cook described as nothing more than a “database” of CIA front organizations, financial supporters, and field operatives. However, one component omitted by Cook in the Al Qaeda construct is the Israeli participation. Ironically…, Al Qaeda –the “outside enemy of America” as well as the alleged architect of the 9/11 attacks– is a creation of the CIA. What are the historical origins of Al Qaeda? Who is Osama bin Laden?
The alleged mastermind behind the 9/11 terrorists attacks, Saudi-born Osama bin Laden, was recruited during the Soviet-Afghan war, “ironically under the auspices of the CIA, to fight Soviet invaders”. The CIA’s role in laying the foundations of Al Qaeda is confirmed in an 1998 interview with Zbigniew Brzezinski, who at the time was National Security Adviser to President Jimmy Carter: Brzezinski: According to the official version of history, CIA aid to the Mujahideen began during 1980, that is to say, after the Soviet army invaded Afghanistan, [on] 24 December 1979.
But the reality, secretly guarded until now, is completely otherwise. Indeed, it was July 3, 1979, that President Carter signed the first directive for secret aid to the opponents of the pro-Soviet regime in Kabul. Was Osama bin Laden A CIA Agent? Most of the world believes Bin Laden was a CIA agent. He was first funded in the 80s by the CIA. There is also no record of him using the term, ‘Al Qaeda’, which means ‘the toilet’ until after 9-11.
Tim Osman (Ossman) has recently become better known as Osama Bin Laden. “Tim Osman” was the name assigned to him by the CIA for his tour of the U.S. and U.S. military bases, in search of political support and armaments. There is some evidence that Tim Osman … visited the White House. There is certainty that Tim Osman toured some U.S. military bases, even receiving special demonstrations of the latest equipment.
Legal ‘Creation’ of Al-Qaeda
In January 2001 a trial began in New York of four men accused of the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings in east Africa . The U.S also wanted to prosecute Osama bin Laden in his absence under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). To be able to do this under American law, the prosecutors needed evidence of a criminal organisation, which would then allow them to prosecute the leader, even if he could not be linked directly to the crime.
The name “al-Qaeda” was first coined by the U.S. federal government based on the name of a computer file of bin Laden’s that listed the names of contacts he had made in Afghanistan, which talks about the organisation as the al-Qaeda-al-Jihad (“the base of the jihad”). In neither Osama bin Laden’s declaration of war, or the fatwa he issued in 1998, does he mention an organisation called “al-Qaeda.”
According to Wikipedia, Jamal Ahmed Mohamed al-Fadl (Arabic: جمال أحمد محمّد الفضل, Jamāl Aḥmad Muḥammad al-Faḍl) (born 1963-) is a Sudanese militant and former associate of Osama bin Laden in the early 1990s. Al-Fadl was recruited for the Afghan war through the Farouq mosque in Brooklyn. In 1988, he joined al Qaeda and took an oath of fealty to Bin Laden. After a dispute with Bin Laden, al-Fadl defected and became an informant to the United States government on al Qaeda activities.
Al-Fadl was recruited to the Afghan mujahideen “through the Farouq mosque in Brooklyn” (presumably when he was in the U.S. in the mid 1980s), and he became a “senior employee” of al-Qaeda. He attended two meetings from August 11–20 in 1988, along with Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri, Mohammed Atef, Mamdouh Mahmud Salim, Wael Hamza Julaidan, and Mohammed Loay Bayazid and eight others, to discuss the founding of “al-Qaeda”. In Khartoum, he travelled to Hilat Koko with Mamdouh Mahmud Salim in late 1993 or early 1994, and met with Amin Abdel Marouf to discuss chemical weapons.
Fadl became a business agent for al Qaeda but resented receiving a salary of only $500 a month while some of the Egyptians in al Qaeda were given $1,200 a month. Osama bin Laden discovered that Fadl had skimmed about $110,000 and asked for restitution. Fadl then defected and became a star informant for the United States. After embezzling $110,000 from the organization, al-Fadl “defected”.
He contacted the CIA via the United States’s Eritrean embassy and, receiving encouragement from FBI special agents Jack Cloonan and Dan Coleman (who were “seconded” to the CIA‘s Bin Laden unit), he returned (after staying in Germany for a while) to the United States, in spring 1996.For the next three years Cloonan and his colleagues oversaw al-Fadl in a safehouse. From December 1996 Al-Fadl began to provide “a major breakthrough of intelligence on the creation, character, direction, and intentions of al Qaeda”; “bin Laden, the CIA now learned, had planned multiple terrorist operations and aspired to more.”
No hard evidence
Former CIA official Milt Bearden says that this (the WTC attack) was a sophisticated job that couldn’t have been done by Osama bin Laden, he says we should look elsewhere. Even the FBI’s own most wanted website doesn’t state bin Laden was involved in 9/11. When the FBI was asked why 9/11 isn’t listed under Bin Laden’s crimes, the FBI responded by saying “There’s simply no evidence linking Bin Laden to 9/11”.
US Officially Drops All Charges Against Bin Laden, Never Indicted For 9/11 No Evidence Presented.Osama bin Laden’s role in the events of September 11, 2001 is not mentioned on the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted” poster. On June 5, 2006, author Ed Haas contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters to ask why, while claiming that bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 1998 bombings of US Embassies in Tanzania and Kenya, the poster does not indicate that he is wanted in connection with the events of 9/11.
Haas pauses to ask the question, “If the US government does not have enough hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 9/11, how is it possible that it had enough evidence to invade Afghanistan to ‘smoke him out of his cave?'” Through corporate media, the Bush administration told the American people that bin Laden was “Public Enemy Number One,” responsible for the deaths of nearly 3,000 people on September 11, 2001. The federal government claims to have invaded Afghanistan to “root out” bin Laden and the Taliban, yet nearly six years later, the FBI said that it had no hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 9/11.
Bin Laden “confession video”
Though the world was to have been convinced by the December 2001 release of a bin Laden “confession video,” the Department of Defense issued a press release to accompany this video in which Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld said, “There was no doubt of bin Laden’s responsibility for the 9/11 attacks even before the tape was discovered.”
Haas attempted to secure a reference to US government authentication of the bin Laden “confession video,” to no avail. However, it is conclusive that the Bush Administration and US Congress, along with corporate media, presented the video as authentic. So why doesn’t the FBI view the “confession video” as hard evidence?
After all, notes Haas, if the FBI is investigating a crime such as drug trafficking, and it discovers a video of members of a drug cartel openly talking about a successful distribution operation in the United States, that video would be presented to a federal grand jury. The participants identified in the video would be indicted. The video alone would serve as sufficient evidence to net a conviction in a federal court. So why, asks Haas, is the bin Laden “confession video” not carrying the same weight with the FBI?
Why has the US media blacklisted any guest that might speak of a government-sponsored 9/11 cover-up, rather than seeking out those people who have something to say about 9/11 that is contrary to the government’s account?” Haas continues. “Who is controlling the media message, and how is it that the FBI has no ‘hard evidence’ connecting Osama bin Laden to the events of September 11, 2001, while the US media has played the bin Laden-9/11 connection story for [six] years now as if it has conclusive evidence that bin Laden is responsible for the collapse of the twin towers, the Pentagon attack, and the demise of United Flight 93?”
“CIA worked with Pakistan to create Taliban”
The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) also worked in tandem with Pakistan to create the “monster” that is today Afghanistan’s ruling Taliban, a leading US expert on South Asia said in London. “I warned them that we were creating a monster,” Selig Harrison from the Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars said at the conference in London on “Terrorism and Regional Security: Managing the Challenges in Asia.” Harrison said: “The CIA made a historic mistake in encouraging Islamic groups from all over the world to come to Afghanistan.” The US provided $3 billion for building up these Islamic groups, and it accepted Pakistan’s demand that they should decide how this money should be spent, Harrison said.
Harrison, who spoke before the Taliban assault on the Buddha statues was launched, told the gathering of security experts that he had meetings with CIA leaders at the time when Islamic forces were being strengthened in Afghanistan. “They told me these people were fanatical, and the more fierce they were the more fiercely they would fight the Soviets,” he said. “I warned them that we were creating a monster.” Harrison, who has written five books on Asian affairs and US relations with Asia, has had extensive contact with the CIA and political leaders in South Asia. Harrison was a senior associate of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace between 1974 and 1996.
Harrison who is now senior fellow with The Century Foundation recalled a conversation he had with the late Gen Zia-ul Haq of Pakistan. “Gen Zia spoke to me about expanding Pakistan’s sphere of influence to control Afghanistan, then Uzbekistan and Tajikstan and then Iran and Turkey,” Harrison said. That design continues, he said. Gen.Mohammed Aziz who was involved in that Zia plan has been elevated now to a key position by Chief Executive, Gen. Pervez Musharraf, Harrison said.
The old associations between the intelligence agencies continue, Harrison said. “The CIA still has close links with the ISI (Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence).” Today that money and those weapons have helped build up the Taliban, Harrison said. “The Taliban are not just recruits from ‘madrassas’ (Muslim theological schools) but are on the payroll of the ISI (Inter Services Intelligence, the intelligence wing of the Pakistani government).” The Taliban are now “making a living out of terrorism.” Harrison said the UN Security Council resolution number 1333 calls for an embargo on arms to the Taliban. “But it is a resolution without teeth because it does not provide sanctions for non-compliance,” he said. “The US is not backing the Russians who want to give more teeth to the resolution.”
Now it is Pakistan that “holds the key to the future of Afghanistan,” Harrison said. The creation of the Taliban was central to Pakistan’s “pan-Islamic vision,” Harrison said. It came after “the CIA made the historic mistake of encouraging Islamic groups from all over the world to come to Afghanistan,” he said. The creation of the Taliban had been “actively encouraged by the ISI and the CIA,” he said. “Pakistan has been building up Afghan collaborators who will sustain Pakistan,” he said. (HSH)
