Jakarta, 20 Rabiul Awwal 1437/1 January 2016 (MINA) – President Joko Widodo planted time capsule filled with list of hopes and dream of Indonesian people in Indonesian Dream Time Capsule Monument in Merauke, Papua, hoping it can motivate the government and the people to work harder.

Through the time capsule, future generation can learn the dreams of Indonesian people in present time. “Especially the dreams of Indonesian youth, because what we do today will have big impact for future generation,” President Jokowi said before planting the time capsule in a ceremoney in Merauke, Papua, on Wednesday.

Consisting of 238 Indonesian dreams, the time capsule was launched together with Let’s Work Campaign initiated by the President, Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) quoted Antara News as reporting.

The time capsule will be opened in 2085, 70 years from now.

Here’s a summary of Indonesian dreams planted in the time capsule:

1. Indonesian human resources’ intelligence surpass other nations in the world.
2. Indonesian society that upholds pluralism, cultural, religious and ethical values.
3. Indonesia becomes center of education, technology and world civilization.
4. Public and government that are free from corruption.
5. Establishment of infrastructures that are evenly distributed throughout Indonesia.
6. Indonesia becomes independent and most influential countries in Asia Pacific region.
