Popular Campaign To Reconstruct Slain Palestinian’s Family Home

Al-Khalil, 12 Dzulqa’dah 1437/15 August 2016 (MINA) – Calls have emerged Monday to reconstruct the family home of the slain Palestinian youth Muhammad Nasser Tarayreh after it was knocked down by the Israeli occupation army on Sunday evening.

Reporting from al-Khalil province, a PIC news correspondent said Palestinian natives of Bani Nai’im town, to the east, vowed to reconstruct Tarayreh’s family home right after the Israeli occupation army razed it.

Bani Na’im Mayor, Mahmoud Munasreh, said the municipality will cooperate with the Palestinian locals to start reconstruction works on Monday.

Over recent months, several Palestinian families of anti-occupation youths have had their homes demolished by the Israeli occupation forces as part of a policy of collective punishment perpetrated across the occupied territories.(T/P008/R07)
