On that occasion, Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) correspondent in the Gaza Strip had opportunity to talk with one of Al-Qassam commander in northern Gaza, Abu Wadhi (not real name) on this formation.

MINA: What is the difference between this forces and other brigades in Palestine?

Abu Wadhi: This forces has reqruited civil  who lives their daily routine as people in Gaza to be the next fighters, while after this completion formation they would be part of Al-Qassam brigade member officially with all the development in the first training session.

MINA: It is said that this forces formed to fight Israel in the Al-Aqsa compound, how do  the fighters reach Al-Quds, while it’s not allowed for Gazan untill today?

Abu Wadhi: the forces is not devoted spesifically to fight against Zionists in Al-Aqsa, but they were trained first to protect themselves. We  have already al-Qasam fighters to confront Israel, but soon maybe they will join the fighters.

MINA: What are the conditions to join the forces?

Abu Wadhi: We have spesific requirements which is not different with the spesification for the Al-Qassam fighters, namely high morality, good attitude, and diligent prayer, especially when it comes for Fajr prayer in congregation in the first row of prayer in a mosque.

MINA: Are those joined the forces in retaliation with other brigades or movements such as Fatah?

Abu Wadhi: They didnt come only from Al-Qassam relatives, but also from Fatah resistance.

MINA: How is the unity government respond on the forces?

Abu Wadhi: It does not relate to the unity government. No one can prevent people in training to defend themselves.

MINA: does this recruitment opened for foreigner?

Abu Wadhi: yes, it does. As long as they are Muslims, they can participate.

MINA:  According to your observation, is Israel still building the Temple of Solomon  in the compound?

Abu Wadhi: yes,  They are still. They continue to build it day and night to achieve their goals. We continue to fight against the allegedly building, because we are the one who deserved more than Israel. (L/P009/R04)
