Gaza, 1 Safar 1437/12 November 2015 (MINA) – Representatives of a consortium of Palestinian national factions agreed, at the concluding session of a meeting in Gaza Thursday, on a set of mechanisms to support the ongoing anti-occupation Jerusalem Intifada.

The Palestinian national factions stressed the need for the mass media to adopt a unified, anti-occupation editorial policy to mobilize mass-support for the Jerusalem Intifada, The Palestinian Information Center (PIC) quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporting.

Senior Hamas leader Ismail Redwan called for backing up the uprising by opting for a unified standpoint both on the ground and at official platforms.

Fatah leader Ashraf Jum’a reiterated the same calls in his inaugurating address delivered on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the Palestinian president Yasser Arafat’s demise.
