Benny Mokula born in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara on July 22, 1959. He is a prominent police with various achievements. He was appointed as Bali Police chief on 16 September 2013 replaced Arif Wachyunadi.

Our brother, on Friday 14 Muharram 1436 H Inspector General Police Albertus Julius Benny Mokalu , SH (Bali Police Chief) has declared Syahadah.
