Message of Imaamul Muslimin in Islamic New Year 1441
Jakarta, MINA – Imaamul Muslimin Yakhsyallah Mansur delivered messages in commemoration of the Islamic new year 1441 Hijriah to increase the spirit of devotion to Allah and the struggle to liberate the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
“The spirit of the Hijrah underlies ongoing efforts in increasing devotion to Allah, service to the Ummah and the struggle for the liberation of Al-Aqsa Mosque,” he said in a written statement received by MINA, in Jakarta, Tuesday, September 3th.
According to him, the replacement of the year 1441 Hijriah was accompanied by gratitude to Allah for helping us to remain istiqomah in the struggle to implement Islamic Dienul (religion) according to Manhaj Nubuwwah (Prophethood).
“May Allah forgive all our shortcomings and mistakes and accept all of our acts of worship during the year 1440 Hijriah. We are willing to keep istiqomah while trying to improve the quality of our faith and struggle in the way of Allah,” he said.
He further said, the challenges in the future will be even greater and more complex, for that we must not be weak but must maintain an optimistic and continue to work hard and trust in Allah.
As in Al-Quran Surah Al-Imran verse 139 which means, “Do not be weak, and do not (even) you grieve, even though you are the highest (if you are) the highest have faith. ”
“Our biggest task now is to free the Al Aqsa Mosque and help Palestinian Muslims to be free from the occupation committed by Zionist Israel,” he stressed.
“We must stay focused on the task and be patient in carrying it out thoroughly whatever happens by developing synergies with various parties who care about the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestine,” he added.
He reminded that in the context of realizing Islam as rahmatan lil alamin, we should continue to optimize the implementation of the principle of “Solid inward, Active Outward”. Internally it needs to be improved consolidation, integration between units or institutional elements, followed by empowerment and utilization of all potentials.
Externally, our practice should be increased to expand da’wah creatively, innovatively and in synergy with various parties and to increase sponsorship of Muslims both in quantity and quality.
“To support all our efforts for the glory of Islam and Muslims under the pleasure of Allah, every brother should build spiritual strength through enhancing his vertical relationship to God by keeping the five daily prayers in congregation and Qiyamul Lail, Dhuha Prayers, reading the Qur’an and praying,” the message.
“We realize akhlaqul karimah in the association of fellow believers by prioritizing unity and unity in the congregation and forging an attitude of tolerance towards differences and developing silaturrahim,” he added. (L/Ast/P2)
