Doha, 21 Jumadal Awwal 1436/12 March 2015 (MINA) – Iranian parliament speaker Ali Larijani met Wednesday (11/3) with a senior delegation of Hamas Movement headed by the group politburo chief Khaled Mishaal in Qatar.
In a statement issued in this matter, Hamas said that Mishaal met with an Iranian delegation headed by Iran’s parliament speaker who is already on an official visit to Qatar, Palestinian information Center (PIC) quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporting.
According to the statement, the two discussed the serious implications of the Israeli continued threats against al-Aqsa Mosque and occupied Jerusalem.
The two delegations also tackled developments in the Palestinian issue and the unfair blockade imposed on Gaza.

Tensions have marked Hamas-Iranian relations after Mishaal and other members of the Hamas leadership left Syria as the bloody events progressed there. (T/P006/R03)
