AL-QASSAM FIRES 846 ROCKETS TO ISRAELI AREAS

Gaza, 17 Ramadan 1435/15 July 2014 (MINA) – Hamas military wing Al-Qassam Brigades have fired at least  846 rockets to the territories annexed by Israel such as Tel Aviv, Haifa, Asdod, etc.

“While there are at least six types of rockets fired with different sizes such as, Qassam rockets, Grad, and Katyusa as many as 694 rockets, 50 rockets of M 75, 12 rockets of J 80,  five rockets of R 160 and 2 rockets of Fajr 5,” Al Qassam public relation in Gaza said in a press release on Monday.

These rockets fired into  occupied territories reaching the farthest distance as far as the Haifa city, about 160 km from the Gaza Strip. Almost all the cities that were colonized by the Israeli occupation, such as Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Beer Sheeba and the other cities can be reached by the Al-Qassam rockets.

The Israeli media has said that the latest Gazan fighter strikes was so devastating and  they recognized that Hamas “has been doing things never done by the Arab army soldiers”.

Earlier on Saturday (12/7) at 08:30  am Gazan time Abu Ubaidah, Al Qassam  spokesman announced that on the same night at 09:00 Gaza time, the fighters bombarded Tel Aviv with massive rockets.(L/P03/E01)
