EGYPT NOT FULLY OPENS RAFAH GATE
Bayt Lahiya, 29 Ramadan 1435/27 July 2014 (MINA) – The Egyptian government has not opened Rafah gate fully during the Gaza war. It was opened just for special cases.
Egyptian government just opens gate one way moving wounded Gazans to Egyptian hospitals. They could pass Rafah if they had Egyptian passport and Expatriates who would leave Gaza. Mi’rajIslamic News Agency (MINA)’s correspondent reported directly from Gaza Strip, Palestine.
Egyptian government just began opening the gate since Saturday at 08:00 Gaza Time. It was the time where Zionist Israel and Palestine agreed 12-hours ceasefire.
Egypt would open the gate for pilgrims(Umrah) from Gaza, Sunday.
Rafah gate is the only one access for Gazans to come out since Zionist Israeli blockaded in 2007.
In the mid-2013, Egypt started closing the gate and just opened in time for special cases.
A Palestinian who lives in Rafah, Hidayah Adnan told on Friday morning, the gate still opens partly while Israel attacking Gaza continuously from various directions.
He also thanked to Indonesian people for their support and pray to Palestinians.
” We thank to my brother in Indonesia for your help and solidarity actions to strengthen us. May our meeting at Aqsa Mosque will be quickly realized, “said Hidayah.
Dr. Nasr Tatar, Head of As-Shifa Hospital , the largest hospital in Gaza, called on Egyptian authority to open Rafah gate fully in order enter aids into Gaza.
