Ankara, MINA — U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday announced that his meeting with the North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will be held on June 12 in Singapore.,Anadolu Agency reported.
“The highly anticipated meeting between Kim Jong Un and myself will take place in Singapore on June 12th,” Trump said in a message posted on his official Twitter account.
“We will both try to make it a very special moment for World Peace!” he added.

Earlier, Trump had said that his meeting with Kim Jong-un had been scheduled, without specifying the date.
On early Thursday morning, Trump also welcomed home three Americans, who were imprisoned in North Korea.
Trump thanked North Korean leader Kim Jong-un for the release of Kim Hak-song, Kim Sang-duk, and Kim Dong-chul. (T/RS5/RS1)
