Palestinian Fighters Launch Hundreds of Rockets as Response to Israeli Attacks

Gaza, Palestine, MINA – More than 150 rockets have been launched by Palestinian fighters in Gaza towards locations of Israeli-occupied and military sites, in retaliation for Israeli ongoing attacks.

“We have launched more than 150 rockets into Israeli neighborhoods and military sites near the Gaza Strip as a response to Israel’s ongoing attacks on the Gaza Strip,” said a joint statement by Palestinian factions received by MINA on Sunday.

Until Now, fighters continued to launch rockets at illegal Jewish settlements in occupied Palestinian land.

Israeli alarm sirens roared in seven Israeli-occupied cities responding to rocket attacks that continued to be launched by fighters in retaliation for Israeli air and artillery attacks on Gaza.

Previously, it was also reported that Israeli attack caused one of the 14-month-old children to fall with his mother who was pregnant.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he was consulting with military commanders to respond to increasing attacks by Palestinian fighters.

The increase came after Friday, there were some of the loudest protests along the Gaza border in recent weeks.

Four Palestinians, including two Hamas fighters, were killed by Israeli fire in the Gaza Strip on Friday after two Israeli soldiers were reportedly injured in a shooting by a sniper of Palestinian fighters during a weekly protest at the border. (T/Sj/P2)
