Palestinian Farmers Attacked and Their Olive Stolen by Jewish Settlers
West Bank, MINA – A group of illegal Jewish settlers reportedly attacked Palestinian farmers who were harvesting olives in his garden in Burin Village, South Nablus, West Bank.
According to Ghassan Daghlas, an observer of settlement activities in the area said those who attacked were illegal settlers of Yitzhar. There were no reports of injuries or injuries.
He added the illegal settlers not only attacked but also stole olives belonging to Palestinian farmers, as quoted by Wafa on Sunday, October 13.
The attack carried out by illegal Jewish settlers is not the first it has been carried out repeatedly.
Earlier, a 55-year-old Palestinian farmer was even injured by a similar attack by Jewish settlers in a nearby village.
Settler violence is common practice in the occupied West Bank, especially increasing during the olive harvest season.
Meanwhile, Palestinian authorities cannot do anything because they do not have jurisdiction over Israeli settlers. (T/Sj/P2)
