Israeli Forces Raid on Football Stadium in Jerusalem

Ramallah, MINA – Israeli intelligence who were supported by Israeli special force raided Burj Al-Laqlaq Football Stadium in Old City of Jerusalem and removed all banners of Jerusalem soccer league that should take place on Sunday, August 18.

According to Wafa on Monday, Israeli special force also raided Palestinian people and beat up them before fully evacuating the stadium.

This year Palestinian national football league threatened to stop because of the financial crisis experienced by Palestinian Authority (PA).

Since the past seven months, PA has been experienced an unprecedented financial crisis. The crisis is caused by Israeli action that passed a law to cut tax money belonging to the Palestinian government.
