Israel to Construct Bridge Connecting Two Illegal Settlements
Bethlehem, MINA – Israeli authorities approved on Sunday the construction of a bridge with the aim of connecting two illegal Israeli settlements in Bethlehem, to the south of West Bank, PIC reported.
Local activist Hassan Brijiyeh told Quds Press that Israeli authorities decided to build a 355-meters long suspended bridge to connect Beitar Illit A and Beitar Illit B illegal settlements.
The bridge will be built at the expense of Palestinian-owned lands in the village of Husan to the west of Bethlehem, he explained. (R/Ro4/RS5)
