INDONESIA JAMAAH MUSLIMIN DISTRIBUTES 1000 SACRIFICED ANIMALS

Jakarta, 10 Dhulhijja 1435/4 October 2014 (MINA) –  In the celebration of Eid al-Adha, Jama’ah Muslimin (Hizbullah) based in Jakarta, Indonesia delivered roughly 1,000 sacrificial animals for about 80 thousand  people across the country.

According to the reports received by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA), Saturday, the sacrificial animals came from  11 branches,  starting from North Sumatra / Aceh, South Sumatra, Lampung, Jambi, capital Jakarta, West Java, Central Java,  South Java, East Kalimantan, West Kalimantan,  Nusa Tenggara Timur,  until Malaysia.

The data recorded, Sumatra branch distributed approximately 63 oxen and 94 goats for 10 thousand more receiver (mustahiq).

“Alhamdulillah, the Muslim in Lampung could gather 37 oxen and 84 goats,” said Dade Noverizal, one of the representative.

Meanwhile, Jambi, South Sumatra and North Sumatra ranging from 26 oxen and 10 goats which will be distributed to about four thousands mustahiq.

Moreover, Java that consists several major points including Jakarta, West, Centar and East Java  distributed for about 27 thousands mustahiq  with approximately 159 oxen and 146 goats.

“For the Jakarta area, we have collected 50 oxen  and 84 goats, which in God willing we’ll share for 13 thousands mustahiq at some point including Bogor, Sindang, Bekasi, Cullinan, Cikampek, and so forth,” said the representative Agus Priyono.

Meanwhile, the Borneo island (Kalimantan) representatives have been able to collect 85 oxen and 21 goats and distributed to more than 13 thousands mustahiq.

“From West Kalimantan, Alhamdulillah we already collected 74oxen and 10 goats, this number increased by almost 50% from the previous year,” said its representative of the island Uray Salam.

According to reports received from several areas, the sacrificed animals number  increasing significantly due to the increasing awareness of Muslims in performing  the Sunnah of the Prophet Ibrahim ‘alahissalam.
