Indonesia Wins Two Golds in Downhill Cycling Race
Subang, MINA – Indonesia won two golds and a bronze in Asian Games downhill cycling events in Subang, West Java, on Monday.
Tiara Andini Prastika, 22, picked up a gold medal in women’s downhill cycling at Khe Bun Hill in Subang with a time of 2:33.056. Another Indonesia cyclist, Nining Purwaningsih, secured the bronze after finishing in third place, Asiangames2018.id reported.
The silver medal went to Vipavee Deekaballes from Thailand.
Another gold medal was won by Khoiful Mukhib, who emerged victorious in the men’s downhill cycling with a time of 2:16.687.
The results put Indonesia in third place of the Games medal tally with four golds, a silver and a bronze.(L/R04/RS5)
