Jerusalem, MINA – Extremist Israeli Knesset member Yehuda Glick led, on Thursday, the Jewish Smsettlers storming Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, Wafa News Agency reported.
Local sources said that dozens of invaders stormed Al-Aqsa from Bab al-Maghariba in successive groups, led by Glick, amid tight protection from the Israeli occupation police.
The extremists conducted a provocative tour of the Al-Aqsa courtyards, performed Talmudic rituals in the eastern area, and listened to explanations about the alleged shrine.
The occupation forces imposed strict measures around the mosque and the Old City, targeting Jerusalemites with attacks and obstructing their movement. []
