Quick Count Results of 2019 Indonesian Presidential Election
Jakarta, MINA – 2019 Indonesian Presidential Election was held simultaneously in a number of regions in Indonesia on Wednesday. There are 810,329 polling stations (TPS) spread across 34 provinces with total voters 190,779,969 people.
Based on the quick count of four survey institutions namely Saiful Mujani Research & Consulting (SMRC), Indonesian Political Indicators, Charta Politika, and Cyrus Network, until 04:55 p.m. local time, Joko Widodo (Jokowi) – Ma’ruf Amin lead over Prabowo Subianto – Sandiaga Uno.
Charta Politika released Jokowi win 54.37 percent, while Prabowo 45.63 percent with data entered 81.92 percent. Meanwhile, in Indicator survey counts 54.38 percent for Jokowi and Prabowo 45.62 percent with data entered 75.64 percent.
According to Cyrus Network, Jokowi was also temporarily leading with 55.77 percent and Prabowo 44.23 percent with data entered 86.01 percent. Saiful Mujani with almost same for Jokowi with 54.96 percent and Prabowo 45.04 percent with data entered 77.19 percent.
2019 presidential election was followed by two candidates Jokowi-Maruf and Prabowo-Sandiaga. Indonesian citizens simultaneously choose the president from 2019-2024 today at 07.00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. (T/Sj/R04)
