Manchester, MINA – Jose Mourinho on Tuesday became the third manager who was fired Manchester United for failing success like the former coach  Alex Ferguson’s.

David Moyes, Louis van Gaal, and now Mourinho are a series of coaches who end up helpless. Man United still cannot find a replacement for Ferguson who chose to retire at the end of the 2012/13 season.

MU management had made a surprising decision by appointing Moyes shortly after Alex Ferguson decided to retire from the coach seat at Old Trafford.

Leading brightly for Everton, but Moyes finally officially fired MU on April 22, 2014, after 10 months replacing Sir Alex. He was kicked out after Manchester United lost 0-2 from his former club, Everton.

Then the club appointed Ryan Giggs, who had been MU’scaptain as a temporary coach until the end of the season before finally recruiting Dutch coach Louis van Gaal in July 2014.

The former Dutch national team coach was only able to survive for two seasons before finally being fired in May 2016. Van Gaal terminated at the end of the season contract or after presenting the FA Cup title to MU.

Then, on May 2017, Manchester United hired Jose Mourinho as a new manager with a duration of three years. The Portuguese manager successfully presented three titles in his first season including the Europa League and the2016/2017 English League Cup.

However, in his second season (2017/18), Mourinho failed to win the title. Mou’s negative performance with Man United continued at the beginning of the 2018/19 season.

Curreantly, Manchester United ranked sixth to week 17 of the Premier League or 19 points adrift of Liverpool who is on top of the standings.

Liverpool beat MU 1-3 two days ago and became the peak of disappointment at a coach who called “The Special One”.

Although a series of Mourinho’s achievements, including three Champions League trophies at clubs he previously trained, he could not spread when training Manchester United. (T/Sj/P2)
