Israeli Settlers Burn Palestinian House and Vehicle in Turmusaya

Ramallah, MINA – Israeli settlers burned Saturday’ night a Palestinian-owned house and vehicle in the town of Turmusaya, to the northeast of Ramallah, MINA Contributor in Palestine reported.

The Palestinian citizen Awad Abu Samra said that a number of Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, closed Al-Sahel Street in the town, and burned a vehicle in Duma, south of Nablus, and another house belonging to Samir Jumaa Hizmeh was completely destroyed.

According to Ghassan Douglas, who is in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, 144 settler attacks were recorded south of Nablus as Israeli settlers destroyed 120 vehicles, burned six vehicles in the town of Majdal Bani Fadel, and attacked 22 shops in Hawara.

It’s noteworthy that these provocative acts come amid the escalating atmosphere, especially after the formation of the new Israeli Government as daily violations against Palestinian citizens, deliberate detentions, house demolitions, and mandatory deportation policy are doubled and multiplied in a way to suffocate and complicate Palestinians’ lives.
