Jerusalem, MINA – Israeli Ministry of Housing approved plans for the construction of cable car that will connect the Mount of Olives with the Buraq Wall on Al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem.

According to the Hebrew newspaper quoted by Safa on Tuesday, November 5, the cable car would cross between the “bell park” adjacent to the Talbieh neighborhood.

According to the Ministry, the cable car will be capable of carrying around 3,000 passengers per hour in each direction.

Israeli has intensified Judaization and settlement operations in the Old City of Jerusalem, in their efforts to eliminate Arab and Islamic identity in the Holy City. (T/Sj/P2)
