“ABABIL 1” DRONE IS 100 PERCENT AL-QASSAM’S PRODUCT

Gaza, 21 Shawwal 1435/17 Austus 2014 (MINA) – Al-Qassam fighters, military wing of Palestinian resistance movement Hamas operated three types of drones (unmanned).

The Palestinian drones that  surprised Israeli occupation regime and the world community during the Gaza war are 100 percent made ​by hundreds of Hamas  engineers.

According to a source from al Qassam Brigades, on Saturday, Al Qassam made historical surprise in war between Palestinian resistance fighters and Israeli occupation regime forces by launching unmanned aircrafts (drones) a month ago.

It proves that al- Qassam’s engineers have the ability of producing sophisticated combat equipments.

Al -Qassam stated that the drone consisting of three types played role in Asf Ma’kul war.

“Ababil 1 drone has carried out secret operation over Tel Aviv sky. The drone spies on office of Israeli War Affairs Ministry for a long time without detected by sophisticated defense system of the ministry security, “al-Qassam Brigades claimed.

Al-Qassam Brigades explained that they have launched three types of Ababil 1 drones, in military statement on eighth day of Asf Al Ma’kul war on middle July. They were A1A for spying, A1B for attacking and A1C for suicide bombing missions.

Al -Qassam claimed that they had more than one drone of each type.

They also claimed that their drones have made Israeli soldiers, commanders, military leaders and official of Israeli occupation regime confused. (T/K01/Syt/E01)
