Palestinian Premier Holds Talks with Israeli Finance Minister


Ramallah, MINA – Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Al-Hamdallah met Monday Israeli Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon at his office in Ramallah, KUNA reported.

In a press statement, the Palestinian government said that the meeting, also attended by Palestinian Civil Affairs Minister Hussein al-Sheikh and Finance Minister Shukri Bishara, tackled several key issues.

During the meeting, the Palestinian side reiterated rejection of the Israeli settlement activities in the West Bank and the occupied Jerusalem and demanded an end to the siege on Gaza Strip.

They also asked Israel to stop Jewish settlers and extremists attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and to facilitate Palestinian people and cargo movement between the Palestinian cities. (T/RS5/RS1)
