HALAL FOODS IS OBLIGATORY FOR MUSLIMS

Jakarta, 12 Jumaddil Awwal 1436/3 March 2015 (MINA) – Muslim communities are supposed to pay attention to halal food consumption as it is one of basic important things in Islamic teachings that also  could affect  somebody’s faith.

Jamaah Muslimin Imaam, Yakhsyallah Mansur,  urged Muslim to pay serious attention to this issue as it is part of the Islamic faith.

“It’s a very urgent matter,” he said in the opening of culinary seminary titled, “The Halal Culinary Powerful Business” in Jakarta, Friday (27/2).

Therefore, he stressed that it could be one of reasons why our prayers unanswered by God Almighty Allah. “If our prayers were not answered, maybe it is because we consume un-halal foods.

The  International Al-Quds Ambassador pointed out, the wisdom behind the prohibition of eating pork because pork meat is unhealthy and contains very dangerous bacterias and worms.

“There is always wisdom against the prohibition of something,” said  Yaksyallah.

“If we are lazy in worship, doing charity, problems with family, fellow, it could be because of the food that we eat is not halal,” said Yakhsyallah. (L/Imt/R04/P3)
