ISRAELI MAN STABS FELLOW JEW, MISTAKING HIM FOR AN ARAB

Jerusalem, 4 Muharram 1437/17 October 2015 (MINA) Jewish Israeli man was stabbed by another Jew after he was mistaken for an Arab.

Uri Rezken, a supermarket worker, was stacking shelves when he was stabbed four times in the back by a 36-year-old attacker, Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA)  reported, quoting Sabah Daily.

The attacker’s aim was to “avenge the recent attacks on Jews,” Israeli police said.

“I felt four stabs and I heard someone say: ‘You deserve it, you deserve it. You are bastard Arabs.'” Rezken told Israeli TV.

Rezken described the event as a hate crime, and said, “We are all human beings, we are equal.”

The recent violent attacks throughout Palestine have left 32 Palestinians dead, 5 of them being children, according to Palestinian Ministry of Health.   (T/R07/R01)
