Tulkarm, MINA – The Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression on the city of Tulkarm for the 39th consecutive day, and for the 26th day on the Nour Shams camp, amid military reinforcements, demolition of houses, and destruction of infrastructure, Wafa News Agency reports.
The occupation forces began this morning demolishing a number of houses and residential buildings in the Al-Manshiya neighborhood of the Nour Shams camp, after they announced yesterday their decision to demolish 17 houses, under the pretext of opening a new road aimed at changing the geographical features of the camp.
The occupation forces have given the owners of these houses two hours to enter the camp and evacuate their belongings and equipment from their homes, while blocking them and firing live bullets at them to terrorize them.
Nour Shams camp has been subject to continuous escalation since the start of the Israeli aggression, which continues to carry out repeated demolitions and raids on homes after blowing up their doors, forcing civilians to leave them by force, and turning them into military posts, in addition to the complete and widespread destruction of infrastructure and property, including houses and shops that were demolished, blown up and burned.

In recent days, the occupation bulldozers have demolished more than 11 homes, as part of a plan to pave the road that runs from the camp square to the al-Manshiyya neighborhood.
In Tulkarm camp, the occupation continues to besiege it tightly, preventing entry or exit from it, and deploying foot patrols around its surroundings and alleys, amidst raids on empty homes of their inhabitants, damaging them and destroying their contents, while at night forcing residents to leave their homes in the airport neighborhood after raids.
Eyewitnesses reported that the occupation bulldozers continued to level the streets and properties, and to close the entrances and alleys of the neighborhood with mounds of earth, including the main northern entrance to the camp, which suffered unprecedented damage in all aspects of life.
Meanwhile, the occupation forces sent military reinforcements accompanied by fuel tankers to the city and its two camps, and positioned themselves in front of the residential buildings they seized on Nablus Road connecting the “Tulkarm and Nour Shams” camps, and obstructed the movement of vehicles and citizens. The occupation forces also continued to seize a number of houses in the suburbs of Dhnaba and Ezbet al-Jarad, east of Tulkarm, after storming them, forcing their residents to leave, and turning them into military barracks and sniper sites.
