Gaza, 17 Dhulhijja 1435/11 October 2014 (MINA) – Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, Thursday (9/10) announced open enrollment for Palestinian youths in the Gaza Strip to become new members.

“We announce the opening of recruitment for Al Qassam Brigades membership to all youths in the Gaza Strip who wants to join us,” said a spokesman of the movement in front of thousands of people who attended the celebration of Hamas victory in the latest war with Israel.

The masked spokesman said, “Al Qassam fighters and their weapons are in good condition, and this message should reach the whole world, and we are ready to face any eventualities that will occur in the field.“

He also stressed that the last war is an initial battle for Palestine victory, with Nahel Oz as a beginning spot. Nahel Oz refers to the Israeli military post in eastern Gaza Strip. In the last war, Al Qassam brigades said they fired two “Qassam” missiles, targeting the Israeli military site of Nahel Oz.

“The Asf El-Makul war (the name of the latest war between Israel-Gaza) was an initial battle and the coming war will be started by our fighters via the door of Nahel Oz then passed through all the settlements around Gaza,” he said.

The spokesman also praised Gazans fortitude and patience while we were facing the Israeli military aggression that lasted for 51 days in last August.

Meanwhile, one of Hamas leaders, Khalil Al Hayya stated, despite the military movement used to hide its power, but this time they had proved the real power.

“You have seen, that the Al Qassam Brigades who never showed its power, but this time could surprised the enemies as well as all of us,” he said.

Hayya added “Our goal is to save Al-Quds, by begging God Almighty Allah’s permission and we have promised that we will remain on the road to obtain the victory and freedom”.

Hayya also stressed that Hamas will remain loyal to its people, the martyrs, the Mujahideen and the people whose homes have been destroyed so God Almighty Allah will bring them back to glory.
