AL-QASSAM ATTACKS ISRAELI OIL MINE IN OFFSHORE OF GAZA
Gaza City, 25 Shawwal 1435/21 August 2014 (MINA) – Izzudin al-Qassam Brigades, military wing of Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas, said that they were responsible for attack to an Israeli occupation oil rig, about 26 km from coast of Gaza on Wednesday at 12:00 local time.
It was first attack of al-Qassam on the Israeli oil facility. “The attack was retaliation for brutality of Israeli occupation regime forces against people in Gaza,” said al-Qasam fighter
The resistance movement also threatened to make Gaza as place for burning Israeli occupation regime tanks and its soldiers. It is in order that Israeli occupation regime forces think about it before they attack Gaza.
“ We will overcome Israeli occupation regime nonsense. We also will make them pay high costs for each aggression they do. They will think again before attacking our people,” said al-Qassam fighter.
Al-Qassam asserted that there was no word “lost” in jihad. Everything was victory either victory itself or as martyrs in Allah’s path.
Israeli occupation regime forces attacked Gaza again before the extension of truce that ended on Tuesday at 24.00 local time. They bombarded a house at Ridwan Shaikh, north of Gaza City on Tuesday night. The attack caused three people died and 15 others injured.
Mousa Abu Marzouk, member of Hamas’ political bureau stated officially that two people who died in the attack were wife and daughter of Muhammad Dhaif, supreme commander of Izzuddin al-Qassam brigades.
Israeli occupation regime forces claimed that the sudden attack targeted Muhammad Dhaif. In facts, the victims of the attacks are civilians.
Until the news released, Israeli occupation regime forces continued attacking Gaza. Dr. Ashraf al-Qadra, spokesman of health ministry of Gaza said officially that victims of Israeli attacks have been reaching 20 people died and 120 others injured since end of the ceasefire until now. It added number of victims to become 2,037 people died and 10,302 others injured on 45th day of the Israeli military aggression. (T/K01 / Syt/E01)
