Ramallah, 19 Dzulhijjah 1437/22 September 2016 (MINA) – Samira al-Halaiqa, a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council for Hamas Movement, said Wednesday that the recent Israeli escalation against Palestinian people reflects the state of fear and panic among Israeli forces of a new stage in Jerusalem Intifada.
Al-Halaiqa said that Israeli authorities are desperately trying to convince its people of their ability to stop the Jerusalem Intifada and to restore stability, The Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reported.
She expressed disappointment at the Palestinian official passive position towards the Israeli execution of Palestinian youths.
She pointed out that the Arab support to the Palestinian people cannot be compared to the U.S. and international support to Israel.(T/P008/r07)
