IOF ARREST CHILD WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN AL-KHALIL
Al-Khalil, 23 Dzulhijjah 1436/6 October 2015 (MINA) – The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) kidnapped at dawn Tuesday a Palestinian child with special needs near his house south of al-Khalil, a Palestinian rights group revealed.
Palestine Center for Prisoners Studies affirmed that the 14-year-old child Hassan Ragbi was detained outside his parents’ home although he can neither hear nor speak, The Palestinian Information Center (PIC) quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporting.
The family informed the Israeli soldiers of their son’s difficult health condition; however they took him to an unknown detention center.
The family held the Israeli occupation authorities fully responsible for their son’s life, calling on the international human rights institutions to immediately intervene for his release.
Along the same line, four Palestinians were detained in Beit Ummar town in al-Khalil at dawn today. A 12-year-old child and a former prisoner were among the reported detainees.
Meanwhile, a Palestinian boy was hit and injured in his head after being subjected to a stone-throwing attack by a group of settlers who stormed and attacked local homes in Yatta town.
Three other brothers were brutally assaulted and detained late yesterday after Israeli soldiers stopped their car while passing near Dura town that has been witnessing violent clashes.
The clashes lasted till down prayers throughout al-Khalil province.(T/P008/R04)
